He's using RocketDock, you can change the icons on the dock, but not the programs themselves.

Edit: Now that I got chrome to work on object dock, I'm going to need one for it - Ch with yellow and red or blue and yellow.

If you're using desktop icons, use the shortcut properties to change the icon.
If you're using object dock then go to dock entry properties and change the icon.

Wow I'm using the Photoshop, Flash, and MSN icons right now for Rocketdock. I also have some requests.
Cheat Engine - However you can
Microsoft Office - Black text, light blue back
Visual Basic - Aqua blue text, white back
uTorrent - White text, green back
Windows Live Mail - Orange text, white back
DVDVideoSoft Free Studio - However you can
Alcohol 120% - Red text, white back
Frostwire - Sky blue text, white back
Sorry for long list. You can get to mine whenever you feel like it. I just needed to replace blurry and ugly icons on Rocketdock. When you scroll over and it zooms in, it's well.... an ugly Piece O' Shit.
