Photoshop pen tool. It's 10x slower but much more accurate.

AI/Flash pen or line tool. If properly used it should give you a better outcome than majority of what has been posted in this thread.

Drawing in AI/Flash with a mouse is not that hard.

I just began using the pen tool, I still find it moderately confusing. So I went with Flash's brush tool and my tracball mouse. _________________
