Looking for an all-in-one security that has (order of importance):

1. Low RAM usage. Doesn't impact much on computer performance.
2. Windows compatible
3. Good detection
4. Good overall protection

Care 2 recommend one? Thanks.

1. ESET Smart Security
2. Kaspersky Internet Security
I find Kaspersky's scan to be a tad bit better than ESETS although it does use up a little more RAM.

Do you know about how much RAM ESET uses?

No.

All of Kaspersky's processes added up, it's currently using between 47 and 48MB of RAM at the moment. Hmm.

ESET Smart Security 4 uses 51MB of RAM accounting for the kernel (ekrn.exe) and GUI (egui.exe).

Norton fixed their act with Norton IS 2009. It doesn't suck up too much RAM, nor does it perform badly at all. Kaspersky is also good, although I still personally enjoy using ESET NOD32 SS over both of them.

The ekrn.exe process actually can idle below 10mb of RAM; it just spikes during excessive Internet usage, though, you can customize features to limit RAM usage.
