I'm making this tutorial so you can make yourself look like a hilarious comedian in front of your friends, or a complete idiot in front of others! (Most likely the second one.) Well, I don't want to keep you waiting! Smile

First, you want to start with the 'O'. You kind of want to drag it like you haven't seen the person in a long time, like a sort of surprised reaction. Not too much emphasis if it is casual, but if you plan on being obnoxious, go wild! Transform your voice into a female country voice, like Hannah Montana sort of, and say it PROUD!

"Ooooooo"

Okay, here is one of the most important parts, the core of the sentence. The 'hai'. Now personally, I prefer to use just 'O hai' when I'm speaking aloud. Now, read carefully! You want to sort of drag the 'h' when you start the word, swiftly pronounce the 'a', and quickly shift into the 'i' in which you will drag for a while. Remember to keep in touch with a sort of female country voice. A less accurate diagram would be like this:

"hhhhhhaaiiiiiiiii"

Now, this is your conclusion. Most would say this is the most important part..Which is sort of true. It is extremely vital, and messing up on it could be disastrous to your reputation. It's the choice between you being thought of as a complete retard or the next Dane Cook. You want to pronounce 'der' like you would pronounce 'dare'. With a few slight modifications. DID YOU MISS THAT?!?!

Der = Dare

Rather than saying it exactly like 'dare' you want to drag the 'a' and 'r' a little, and sliding into the amazing finish.
