Basically a cross of e-mail and IM. I only watched the first 30 or 20 minutes or so; that's all you need to get an idea of what it's like.

It's basically a reformed version of e-mail with what people need today (speed).

I think it is a terrific reinvention of the "wheel", so to speak.
