Getting 100/100 on the acid3 test doesn't always mean you got a perfect score. The Opera 10 Alpha did however get a perfect score on it. Acid3 isn't even that good of a browser test anyway.

IE's result is hilarious, and yes, Opera was able to pass the test long ago; you were using an outdated version I'm assuming.

I still use Firefox though, I depend on a lot of my addons... if Opera were more extensible and easily customized I would definitely make a full switch to it.
