Post a 6 Pokemon Party and skill sets for them. I need to kill this guy in Pokemon at school. =\
He stalls. Has a shuckle with Toxic and Rest. Just sits there and waits for poison to kill all my pokemon. =\

Uhh, he has a Shuckle for stalling, Metagross with Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Explosion.
Dialga with Blizzard, Dragon Pulse, Roar of Time and something else.
Rayquaza with Outrage (All I've seen him use)
Tyranittar with Substitute and Focus Punch. He puts this out first to make a Sand Storm, and then swap out for something else. Practically everything in his party is impervious to sand storm damage.
And some other pokemon, forgot which.

The golduck should cancel out that annoying ass sandstorm
