So hmm here i just made that in some minutes as i didn't know what to do (attachment).
I made the text with my laptop's pad, using my finger.
For the rest i just used circles and straight lines, then randomly copy/pasted them on each others, symetrically.
This is, of course, in paint.

@ Kronos : I avoided commenting on your crappy signatures so please.. xD
I know it sucks; it's just random, made during bored time in like 1 minute.
Some people can be inspired by crappy stuff and make georgous things.

It isn't pixel art though. Pixel Art is a pixel by pixel drawing.
