Not just the two kids. There were other "pods" that I'm guessing contained kids as well.

The same night I watched Knowing, I made out with my girlfriend.
I don't think I'll ever forget the movie. 
And yeah, that crash was fucking awesome. But mostly hilarious.

I think the best part of the crash is when three people were running away from part of the burning fuselage but it ended up exploding and setting them on fire.

I personally was confused - the plane looked like it destroyed his car...And yet he's riding it for the rest of the movie.
