My friend said that if you're a kid and go to target and buy condoms they keep you at the store and call your parents. Isn't that illegal?

In Australia you can go to the chemist and purchase a condom.

It is illegal for them not to sell you a condom, because it's preventing safe sex.

If they keep you call the police?

Lool, what the fuck? At our school, we have a Teen Health Center, and you can just get condoms there, for free. They have like a batch of them.

I had no idea Target sold condoms. If your planning on buying some and you know that Target does that then why not get 'em from some where else? Or ask someone to get them for you.

If you are 12 years or older stores that don't sell you condoms can get sued since they are preventing safe sex, also if they keep you, you can still sue them for holding you. Just go to the hospital, they give it for free, nice atmosphere, cold, free water and weight check. BONUS!
