It's real, Microsoft has a $200,000.00 reward for anyone that finds the person\group behind it. Also, with the Windows XP updates the exploit has been fixed. There is also multi-scanner\removing software out there that will help you determine if you have the worm.
Also Vista users can't receive the worm. Just use Google!
Some symptoms;
1.) Firewall Shut Off
2.) Spy ware websites are blocked
3.) Windows "Computer Error"

If it exists, and only do what you're saying. Then what's the big deal about it? Why are people so afraid of it. It doesn't sound worse than any other virus you can get. I don't think I'll ever be convinced untill I see a physical proof of it. Sorry, just my opinion. |
