What kind of things should you do to get both of them? anyone know? I searched it on google, found a bunch of fake shit. anyone got a really good technique or work out? Also, I don`t want to go to the gym, I want to be able to do it at home, Gym in the summer though. Thanks.

Every morning you wake up you do 50 push ups ( with those things u can hold your hands at or else they get fucked )
Do Lots of sit-ups.

Done that should work

I'm not sure if you want to do what I like, but here it is anyways. Just something quick and easy.

In the morning, before I go to school, I do about twenty-five push-ups. It doesn't have to be twenty-five, but enough so that you fully exhaust yourself before finishing.

Before I go to sleep, I do about a hundred and fifty crunches. I know that I'm doing it properly because my stomach begins to burn at around seventy.

After my excercises, I strech the spots I used.

I've been doing this for about a few months. My upper abs are very strong, and my lower abs are getting there. My arms are showing a lot more muscle and my chest is enlarging.

This is reasonably good, considerring how much other excercise I get (none, other that P.E. and walking around). This is also good, considerring how long it takes to do these. In total, I'd say it would take me about six minuites to complete both excercises.

This is just me. But whatever you try to do, make sure, like I said, to exhaust your body, to the limit where you can't do anymore.

Six Pack:

Generally, your going to think, if you do 100 sit ups every day, you'll get a sit pack. Well, the truth is, yes you will. But you can do 50 every day, the right way, and get a six pack in probably half the time. Most of these will work Link. But depends how much body fat you have on your stomach. I followed that video for about 3 months and I already have a really nice six pack. I do 80 Couch sit ups (Don't know the real name, you put your legs on the couch, and your back on the ground, get it?). Then 30 leg sit ups, which you can learn here. Just lift both legs up to your chest, but don't put out your legs. Yes, they guy in the video is a complete homo.

Biceps:

Dumb Bell Curls.. Highly suggested, my Biceps are fucking amazing from doing 60 of these every day. Then 60 again later during the same day. Your going to need to buy the Dumb Bells, but there not that expensive. Also, get a pull up bar and pull ups on it 20 times.

Too really keep fit? Start running every day. Teaches you a lot, you may not know it, but it will.

Pushups don't work your biceps (triceps). Googling bicep excercizes will certainly yield results. Rolling Eyes Is that not hard to do? Now, abs are a different story which almost everyone gives the wrong advice. To get abs, I'm assuming you want them for looks, not strength. Therefore, you must do cardio and have a good diet. Abs are made in the kitchen, as they say. Lowering your body fat is the only way to get abs.

loosing fat and gaing abs/biceps is not ALL weights and exercise. Actually, some studies show it is mostly what you eat, and partially how you exercise.

Start a healthy eating regiment and follow what everyone else has said. You probably don't even have to do it to the extent that people said on the thread!

Lay off the cola, stop eating junk food. Jog for 30 minutes everyday with your dog. STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH, so when your old(er) you don't suck at life Very Happy

What about if you're starting with no fat? Do you have to eat more to gain muscle? or just workout more?

It would work if u actually did it, but u need to have a proper diet too.

FIRST OF ALL make a diet, them when your skin is stick to the muscle, start maing a lot of abs and pushups, without diet it is fucking slow

Biceps: Everyday, do push ups until you can't do anymore. That will build bicep muscles incredibly quickly.

Sit-Ups: For 1 month, do 50 sit ups, after the month is over, do 100 sit ups for 3 weeks, then do 200 ~ 300 sit ups for the rest of your life, and you'll admire your abs after every set of sit ups that you do.
