my connection is 50/50 at times it downloads at 15kb/s but can reach highs of aroung 2.5mb to 3mb which is sweet

back at school i can get up to 5mb/sec

my down speed has been abnormally high lately before it was only like 100kb/s at max now its as high 600kb/s

Ofcourse i am Very Happy But the problem was that i already knew they wouldn't be able to provide with the maximum speed before i signed up. I doubt any provider would be able to give 100% unless you live pretty close to their HQ.

And i think anyone who pays over 20usd for their internet would get upset if they didn't get what the provider promised. And Sweden has one of the cheapest internet provider who can offer telephone/tv/broadband package. Not to mention there is no "limit/cap". So spoiled? No, i pay what i get.

What actually funny is that IE and FF capped the download speed to max 25/10mb. It weren't going any higher.
