I don't understand something...
is the Taepo-dong 2 a bomb or a rocket that can carry satelites/bombs?

o.o

And if it is a rocket with a missile being tested....
Would that mean that the missile will actually hit the U.S. area range?

How do you test long range missiles?

It is a rocket that usually carries bombs. Most likely not for a satellite.

The missle is speculated to be able to hit Japan, and possibly the US land.

You test long-range missles by sending them very far Surprised

Yes, they did a whole analysis as a special on CNN and its a really wide range
missile, thats why this isnt so hush hush. It could hit Japan Russia and any
other country in that region. It could also hit one of the Western Aleutian
Islands (Alaska, USA.) This is why The United States Secretary of outer
affairs and the Secretary of Defense Contacted the Parliament in Japan
and made an agreement the Japan shoots down anything that North Korea
launches.

North Korea responded that if that happens, they declare war.

North Korea is allies with China.

although i can't imagine China going into war with the U.S.
it would be like economic suicide. =0

But if China did go into war with the U.S. or any other major power, then you can pretty much say that the whole world will suffer.

WW3 ftw~

That is not entirely true...

Wars are actually VERY stimulating for our economy.

It provides jobs (army) for people who cannot get jobs... The government purchases weapons from companies in THE US nation.... It may lead to development of new technologies aswell.

^^ Which, by the way, are all great things!

As if we can borrow another trillion dollars to fund a war over something that can be solved some negotiations.

We already had this debate, and i am not going to repeat it...

Wars, even if you don't think so, (i didn't even think so in the beginning) are stimulating for an economy.

It sure looks like the Iraq war has stimulated our economy. We went from $5,000,000,000,000 in reserves to however the fuck many trillions we are in debt today, our dollar is now worthless, and unemployment rates are soaring.

You are stupid if you think this recent crisis was started by the war... completely stupid. You either know nothing about economy, or are easily manipulated by your parents and the news.

Good job.

You can't claim the Iraq war as a good indicator here Cheetah. Here is the reason. Instead of the US hiring people to be EMPLOYED by the US, they signed a contract to have workers from another company come in and do the transportation in Iraq. These truckers were paid an obscene amount of money for moving items around. Unfortunately, these trucking companies would move small packages to get paid for a job that didn't need doing. We went into dept because Bush didn't do the war properly.

By calling it a "recent crisis" you completely invalidate everything else you said. The economy has slowly been going down the shitter since we started these recent illegal wars. I knew this was coming since 2002 or 2003, it's hardly a "recent crisis." Just because shit finally got real and it's affecting you doesn't mean it hasn't been going on for quite some time now.

And no, I'm not "easily manipulated by my parents or the news." I'm 21, I'm the one who informs my parents on these sorts of things, and I haven't watched the news since 2001, and haven't taken it seriously since long before that.
