If you got linux running somewhere maybe WINE will run it.!!!!!

might be worth a try,
then if it does work then compiling under windwoze and running under linux wine...

if wine doesn't work have a beer instead Confused

I've tried compiling windows based programs with a windows compiler through wine..messy
