The browser game is XNova, hosting it on free web space
The error occours when attacking

I think it might be because of to less RAM .. but i don't know:

This probably wont work since your on a free host...

but at the top of the script (right under <?php)
put...

ini_set("memory_limit","100M");

Thought so... You can't do much/anything (atleast that i know of..)

to expensive, i'll try different freehost
we are only 3 ppl and wont become more then 10

So it IS a problem caused by freehost?

No, the script might be stuck in some loop or something similar... and is hogging alot fo resources...
