You should change the heatsink, probably to something like Tuniq Tower.

AMD motherboards don't work that great with Intel processors. Not very good at all.
Overall, the build is okay/good. Try to look for better deals on other canadian-selling websites (like Newegg.ca). I think you can get a better monitor for the money. I'd try for a quad core.

Noctua is like the same, tho including a very good quite fan.

Can you not just up the graphics card to a 4850? much better performance and it will compliment the other parts nicely.

The performance is game specific..
That was tested only on Warhead, and only on those settings.
