Ok so i know there is an online version of Photoshop (i.e. Browser Based)
and i have a few questions. Is it any Faster or lighter than Photoshop, is it free, and are certain sites better for it then others?

The web-based picture editing would have to be lighter than Photoshop, but that's not to say that they run better or faster.
In general, unless you need to use the web-based service (for instance, being at work or school), programs are better for image editing than something on a web site. Paint.NET and GIMP are free.

It was an alternative-embellished answer to the first question you asked, and I felt the second question was a bit obvious because the sites are different. One has to be better than others.
