I am using IE7 and I cannot access Bebo..

It shows the error below

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What you can try:
It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Most likely causes:
•You are not connected to the Internet.
•The website is encountering problems.
•There might be a typing error in the address.

I tried it with FireFox and Chrome as well but it wont work..

All other websites work.
It's not filtered on my computer

Hmmm...
Does anyone else go on your PC?

Try go to
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
And open host with notepad...
See if it say's bebo.com in it....
