ok i was playing sa-mp yesterday [san andreas multiplayer] and it was playing perfect.

now i start playing today and evry 5 seconds it lags, i dont think its internet lag but its realy anoying because the music keeps jumping and stuf i have avast antivirus so i dont think i have a virus so could anyone pls help me find out why this happens D:

its like the fps goes down from 60 to 10 evry 6 seconds then goes back to 60 i cant play the game properly now and i reinstalled it 4 times D:

dont know what ddosed is but ti happens in single player aswell D:

it never happend yesterday and nothing has changed.

oh wait i remember that when i started the pc it said sumthign about not starting because hal.dll then i just restarted it and it worked might this be a reason?

You cannot restart without hal.dll.
Anyway, system restore to yesterday.

Did you remove Hal.dll before playing the game?
It's a known virus file installed automaticly when installing San Andreas. (Causes lag and stuff)

Step 1
Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32

Step 2
Locate the file Hal.dll

Step 3
Remove it, also from the bin.

Step 4
Restart your computer.

Step 5
Enjoy the game without lag.

Step 6
???

Step 7
PROFIT!!!

why remove avast? i had it befor while playing san andreas and no lag
