My Computer Cannot :

Move files (Such as moving a folder from C:\ to D:\)
Right click .rar files (Unable to extract)
Run MapleStory (Closes at splash screen >By itself<)
Use regedit
Use task manager
Change desktop image
================================
I have ran MANY MANY Virus scanners. I have obtained no solution.
Please, for the sake of god himself, solve my problems.

System Restore, and if that don't work reformat it.

hmm that happened to my 2005 comp expt for maplestory i never plaied it i reformated it.. ::Didn't work.. lol tried that about 5 times then just get tired and got the retailer to gimme a new 1..

Reformatting doesn't always work there's several things that can make this problem occur.
Startup
(Uncommon but there are things that can interupt this process on bootup)
System32
(Corrupted system32 file EX explorer.exe)
some others...
This problem only happen to me once...

Reformatting doesn't always work there's several things that can make this problem occur.

Thats a really low chance of that kind of stuff happening
You most likely got a virus..
I also suggest Reformat

Getting start up issues and corrupted SYS32 files on a clean install from, presumably, a clean, untouched, ISO?
No.
The only issue that would transcend this are hardware issues, which is not the case here.
@OP. Whatever you had has fucked with your permissions, I figure.
Even after removing malware, its effects are left behind through entries in the registry. You'll experience a generally large slowdown overall regardless.
I'd just suggest a format.
