Which to choose on?

Samsung - swivel, height, etc, nice aesthetics, unable to pixel map 1:1 via HDMI (XBOX 360, PS3)
BenQ V2400W - aesthetics, asymmetric
BenQ G2400W - bad aesthetics; VESA compatible

The V2400W's base looks somewhat unstable. But regardless of that fact, I would still go with Samsung's 2493HM from my personal experiences of quality/reliability with them.

BenQ, if the monitor encounters dead pixels/bright pixels, you must have at least 3 or more for it to be returned.

Samsung, on the other hand, has a zero-tolerance dead pixels/bright pixels policy.

I'd go with Benq as I have one right now, it was replaced for free about a year ago because somehow it had a small hole in the screen(dont know why)
and they replaced it for free

I wouldn't choose the V2400W, solely by its appearance. That's just preference, mind you. It's quite thin, only about 6cm at its thickest point.
The rest pretty much comes down to features. If you need 1:1 HDMI pixel mapping, don't get the Samsung. If you don't, however, I would recommend it: it looks great, and has a good featureset. Put me down for the 2493HM.
Oh, and all three of the monitors are full 1080p, I believe.
