| it should have asked you if you wanted to install on your account only. if not, then log to every other account and edit the startup reg with msconfig.

Also, if I was to install Vista bars and skins like Bisaster, it'd ask if I only wanted it on mine?

i usually turn my desktop icons OFF, as well completely hiding the taskbar. was just showing off my nice transparent taskbar. but i still leave the rocket bar up top. its windows, if i want a bottom side bar i'll get on mah mac or one of my linux machines.
