You do know how a tesla coil works, don't you?
You can't focus it, and it will go to the nearest source it can.

Ok 1 Im not 8 im 14...2 I built one this past year infact I can even tell you how I created it
Mine is a simple Spark Gap type tesla coil
I have a maxwell 50kv 30nf Maxwell pulse capacitor and a 15kv NST with a 0.5 inch multi spark gap. I have a 790 turn secondary and a 6 turn primary. Top load is 6" ball. I stoped working on it after the plasma caught the case on fire and made my capacitor blow up
