Googling that reveals matrex30, which shows your myspace.

Your myspace information shows you live in virginia beach, VA and your name is Alex, confirming the name in the email.

A search of "Alex Hoover" "Virginia Beach" (with the quotation marks) reveals this.

That clearly shows an address at the top. Look up "Hoover", "Virginia Beach" and "VA" into whitepages.com (the phonebook).

One result correlates to the street the yard sale was on.

That result is your address, which sports your phone number (duh), fathers name and mothers name.
