yo i got xp media center edition atm and i know a load of people who have vista who can play games that i cant coz i hav xp.
but a few say vista slows down ur computer by miles.

is this true nd what wud u reccomend. Question

nd btw i found a way to play halo without vista but it caused a load of trouble and waste of time, so any help appreciated.

Vista slow's you down if you have a weak processor and RAM but its knows to magically make you faster if you have at least a dual core and 3GB+ RAM I tried Windows XP x64 on my system it was ssssssllllllllooooowwwwwww.....but Vista does good with controlling my Quad-Core so it really depends on your system if its going to slow you down or speed you up..

yeah i like windows vista now with its new service pack 2.0 its A LOT BETTER!! you cant get service pack 2.0 though i had a microsoft worker do it for me because i know him really well it will go public in about 4 month
