I want to take this picture and make it fade alpha to the right, like it's solid on the left and transparent on the right, and it sorta fades in between like a gradient but alpha gradient instead of color.
Tell me how or just do it.

try with a black and white gradient to make the effect on other layer?
attached an example
you have to make the gradient in another layer under your image then go back to your image and change the mode to multiply or screen

Idk if this is what you really wanted, but all I did was use a layer mask then a black to transparent gradient.
