adding getpixel along with this would be even better :o |
Good idea, I'll try to include that function when I have time. :) Thanks for the idea.
At some point, I'm also going to test it with MapleStory, to see if the message box appears in front of it, and if not, try to make it so.
That was the original reason for making this, to ease the coding of bots, with something like ACTools, or even programming them. |
With ACTools:
Move your mouse to the desired location
Alt+Tab to ACTools
Ctrl+M
It does something like
(Don't quite remember the syntax, as it's been a while, but you get the idea, right?) _________________

That there is already a function in ACTool to get the Mouse-Cords.
You can replace the e.g. 800x600.jpg (there are more proportionals) with a screenshot of your desktop/game or whatever, then click somewhere in ACTool -> Choose the proportionals -> Screenshot will appear -> Move with your mouse anywhere from where you want the cords -> press Enter/Return and it will show you the cords. |

Oh right, OK, I knew that, but ACTools was just an example, and this is more of a project, for experience, anyway. Either way, thanks for the info. _________________

I'd probably go for the toggle key. Also, make an ini file for options to change your keys since some keys might do stuff in games/programs. _________________

I found something. If the user hits f4 and then clicks cancel and then hits the escape key you never released your dc variable. _________________

HalfPrime, thanks for the advice, and that's a good idea, however, how would I go about importing the setting from the file, to use in the program?
oib, very good point. That was not clever of me, I will correct that right away. _________________

BUMPEDY BUMP.
How would I go about adding it to the item tray rather than it dissapearing completely? It gives many possibilities and increases ease of use.
I found a few things of google code search that interested me but could not discover for myself how to put them into use: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 _________________

Sorry for not explaining better, I meant in C.
However, I assume the link for doing it in C++ that HolyBlah provided, will work in C as well? Thanks. _________________

It's not quite what I need. I need to have it minimized to the system tray when the program is opened, display a balloon message, and have a right click menu. Anything you know about that?
Edit : 1337 Posts! Again!
Edit 2 : Ok, I'm getting somewhere! Found this: http://www.pscode.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=2794&lngWId=3
The problem I am having is with this line: | Code: | | Nicon.hIcon = LoadIcon(hInst,MAKEINTRESOURCE(ICON)); |
I am not sure how to add the icon as a resource or whatever I need to do. *I use Dev-C++*
Also, in that example, the menu doesn't seem to want to show.
Edit 3 : When trying to do balloon tips using the showballoontip() function, I get the error:
| Code: | | 'struct NOTIFYICONDATA' has no member named 'ShowBalloonTip' |

The system tray is a pain in the ass, but worth it. I have a project I was doing in Dev-C++ that has a notification icon. You need to make a resource script and use the rc compiler to make a resource object, then link it with the code. Lemme dig up/rar up that shit for you.
Edit: Its on a backup disk 150 miles from here ><, I'll just dig up some references for you. _________________
