Cheat Engine

As the title says, I need some help getting started with process and memory handling/manipulating/<insert correct term> in c\c++, so if you have some sort of tuts/links to explinations or anything that could help pease post =D.

Dont know if this matters or not (dont think it should...unless built in things...), but the IDE I use is VS 2008 express edition.

Please note...
I already googled hundreds of things insearch for something relevant, and ...
I already used "search" here... (no luck)
and flipped through around 30 pages in this section... -_-

Start with OpenProcess to get a handle to a process you want..and ReadProcessMemory to get memory?

Get Win32.hlp (or use msdn, but somehow I like win32.hlp better)
And read there about:
FindWindow
Openprocess
ReadMemoryProcess
WriteMemoryProcess
CloseHandle

thanks redhead, gotten win32.hlp so that should be helpfull (msdn IS slower(loading...) and a bit more messier, thus the win32.hlp will help more =D)

lol as for the actaul methods/procedures/functions, i knew read/write mem and findwindow + open process exsisted just needed err i gues the doc's(and maybe some tuts) for the library that is used(thought it was one of the c\c++ libraries that had this methods...).
