Probably try to find a crack for it.
Then after you finish installing WindowBlinds, download that skin. A
After that, you just open the "xxxx.wba" file and it'll do everything from there.

Yeah, the skin will work with any version 6.0+
Why are you torrenting? Why not direct download it o.0
