Wasn't too sure which section to post this in.

How do I burn this onto a DVD?

This is what's inside of the folder.

And the thing that's confusing me is this, which do I choose.

Apologies if this is a really stupid question, I'm really new to burning DVD's.

I've tried looking through the site that I downloaded it from, but unfortunately they don't have guides.

I've tried google too, but the terms they used confused me.

Nope, they are .imgs

then select burn image (write image file to disc in your case), and probably select the 1st one and burn

its a DVD, so im guessing you need a DVD not a CD. also burning the folder to the disc would not work.

That looks like a torrent game. Just extract any zipped file you get an image from a dvd then download magic iso or use nero to burn that image the computer will burn everything for you in right formats and everything. Make sure you dont extract all of them just 1.
