ROFL, that sucks... make it yourself... it is sooo simple

basically you retrieve what they put in the forms ( $_POST['blah'] )

then you insert into the database ( "INSERT blah blah blah" )

done...

now to view it you

do a mysql query ( "SELECT * blah blah" )

and your done

Don't let anyone do it for you. Tutorials are good... but letting people make your site = no.
