1. That game is a demonstration of Korean engineering at it's finest. Mysterious performance problems, random mouse lag, ugh. (and this is on my x1950xtx) I don't doubt it being playable though .
2. Are you kidding? I can run CS 1.6 on a sewing machine.

it should work i guess...
recommended specs for it are:
P4 Processor (2.4Ghz)
512mb RAM
WinXP or better
GeForce FX 5600 or better
2Gb HDD space

If you barely make the 'recommended' specs on an MMOFPS, there's no point in playing.

You definitely can run CS 1.6 with this well.
Just like slovach said...

CS 1.6 is a really old game, you can even run it integrated and get a decent 30 FPS.

My question mainly is it's performance on combat arms.

Well the minimum is 256MB RAM, nVidia GeForce 2 MX graphics, and 1GHz + Processor.
You should run it pretty decently, depending on your resolution and AA settings.

Of course not. No matter how addicted I am to Day of Defeat: Source at the moment. I'd still pick CS 1.6 if I had to choose between the two of them.
