I want to sell my laptop and get a better one. I've had it for 1 and a half years. I've saved up some money to get a decent laptop with more HD space.
Specs:
Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
Model: Satellite A100
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU 430 @ 1.73 GHz
Memory: 900 MB
Chip: ATI Radeon Xpress Series
HardDrive space: 78 GB
as you can see the main problem is the amount of RAM
but other than that, is it possible to sell it for 300-400$?

Newer laptop these days with dual cores cost around the same price.
You can try and see how much you can get.

Overall, selling used computers isn't a very good idea. They're value are usually very low, especially after one month. You probably won't get over $200

A computer's value starts depreciating pretty much as soon as you get it. You won't get much for it, I'd advise you to just keep it as a backup or something.

I'd just not sell it at all. Try to ebay it and see how you do.

ebay would be a good idea.
pirate alot of expensive software too so you can put in the listing, "comes with office 2007, adobe photoshop etc. pre-installed" that will probably double its value to a lot of people.
