I've ran disk defragmenter and disk cleanup and my pc still lags a lot. Any other tips to speed up my pc speed or my internet speed with the use of any good, free programs. or basically anything tips that help. Thanks

Buy some more RAM? and check the stickies for good free utilities to speed up your pc.

if it wasn't always that slow you could always format and start fresh, without all of the crap that builds up on your computer and slows it down.
