My monitor makes noises whenever i play Warcraft 3.

its a high pitched sound that goes away whenever i alt-tab and turn off the monitor. today it went on for an especially long time, and im kinda getting worried

my monitor is a big-ass 17" CRT.

change/lower your in-game res.

Try reducing the refresh rate (Hz).

How low did you set?
The lowest should be 60Hz and if that makes you dizzy then set it up to 70Hz, but don't pass 75Hz.

Are you sure it's the monitor?

might just be capacitor whine on the video card.

ur CRT blew up? o frick...im scared
