MS paint doesnt have an opacity thingy, and you cant add images with transparent bg's.

He's referring to the gay leaf/ snail thing which has a low opacity to it.

its called you cant place images with transparent backgrounds in paint


its called paint doesnt have a layer option

its called the only way you did that was if the image was already done, and all you did was write over it.


in which case, its an even bigger failure
