Quite odd requierments.

After a little searching I dug this up, it states in the 'Amenities' section that Canopy Beds and Fireplaces are available. As to whether the latter will be placed in the bedroom, I'm unsure. There's a few pictures there, also. And it's pretty much within walking distance of everything.
