If it says it can't find the display driver after Windows successfully boots, then the Windows generic driver is likely to have loaded.
If it says that it can't find the display driver before Windows boots, then it's a hardware related problem.

then the generic windows drivers probably aren't compatible with your vga device.

Windows will try to install a driver for you, if it cant...

... it falls back to a generic VGA driver and runs like shit. You shouldn't do this.

Just post your fucking hardware so someone can link you a driver

i did before, but now opengl dosent work.
could it be that i need to reinstall my games?
