How do I cheat?

I have brought this game a couple months ago, i really want to get back into it again and i wanted to try Zero Hour...

The disc has a few stratches on it, when i put it in my Cd drive it never seems to get past a certain point and ive tried cleaning it and seems to do nothing.....
My cd drive has had a few problems before but it seems to be okay...

Would it be possible if someone actually sent me the folder through email? Or would the file be to big for any email account?

Sorry for not much detail but i dont know what to put.

download the iso and mount
