Yes, your "64-bit" processor is not actually native 64-bit, it's simply a 32-bit CPU with 64-bit extensions. So yes, it will run anything 32-bit just as fast and reliably as a normal 32-bit chip.

I just downloaded and formated and installed drivers etc etc
And downloaded ccleaner and some other programms
Now
all worked fine
Then
When i restarted
Then i tried to open the program
And it just didn't load up
and when im uninstall it
it says
NSIS ERROR
Or somthing like that
Please help D:

I have a 64 bit proc. and a 32 bit OP (XP). Works like it should, i haven't noticed anything not working.
