Yes.
Not sure if it matters for compatibility, but wouldn't you want a 16MB cache HDD? |

Yes, but I already have a master hard drive, so that won't matter that much will it? _________________

HDD means HarD Drive Elpacco... he said HDD not HD...

Ok I knew about the SATA, I just needed to know if hard drives don't need different wattage or something. Ok thanks. _________________

Yes, but that hard drive gives a horrible price/storage ratio. |

How so? $40~ for 160GB sounds like a really good deal to me! Western Digital too. _________________

I don't need THAT much room, but I have a question, with the hard drive I am going to get, do I need to purchase the cable separately? _________________

Yes, you will need additional cables (4-pin molex power and SATA cables).
If you made your own computer, the motherboard should have the SATA cables, and the power supply should come with molex cables. If you don't have any, you can order them for about $1-$5 each. _________________

Cables come from the motherboard if you bought one. They aren't that expensive anyways though. _________________
