How do I cheat?

Is it possible to make a modified version of CE to put a frameskip onto a program. This way one would not get in trouble for hacking, but could run games with too high sysreq's (with regrettably reduced performance, but better than none). For instance, for MMORPG's? Because Mythos is being a pain. Granted, I know some security could kill it, but it's still better than none.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this.
