Yes, it works.
Look in the auto assemble scripts section of tables/trainers or in single player requests.

the resources are just encrypted (basic xor encyption), but with the auto assemble scripts for infinite resources you're good to go.

and health of units is stores as a normal floating point value, so if you want you can have invulnerable units

of course, that was for version 1.0, 1.1 is probably the same, but will have different addresses

With a auto assemble script you just inject some code that changes the values for you using the same encrytion the game uses (In this came a xor)

And i've already posted some scripts in the auto assemble scripts subforum about this and it shouldn't be too hard to change them
