well usually I get 54kbps with my 512kbps connection...

heres the problem whenever I download anything it doesn't reach 15kbps now I haven't change any settings and even torrents won't reach 15kbps even with 200 seeders... but my surfing is quite fast so whats wrong it??

Sounds about right to me. Just becasue your speed is advertised at 512kbs doesn't mean your transfer rate will be that. Try dividing it by 10 to get an approximate actual speed.

Com cast monitors your torrent downloads and makes them download slower so they can catch you, to avoid it... you have to take a pause between each torrent, like pause one hour then resume.

Use flash-get, it modifies the bandwidth usage of your internet making it more speed on downloads... by taking Internet speed from the browser.
Only works if you have premuim rapidshare.

well If you mean "work" like it only opens the download on flash get when you have premium rapidshare... theres a function in it that lets you add the url but Im not sure if it will work...

It wont work because you have to enter in a security code, if you have premium rapid share you don't and its a straight download, that's what the code is there for... to prevent bots.

Not sure, but it doesnt hurt to try to check billign information on their webpage, I think ti is possible to mail them money.
