How to obtain a sites IP:

*Open up the terminal or CMD
*type ping google.com
*it will say 1.1.1.1.1 or some kind of numbers
*thats the IP of the website


Now how do you get the IP of a friend/foe?

Trick them into going to your site, and check your access logs.
Trick them into telling you there IP.
Become a mod on a forum and you can see them.
