One day my computer wouldn't turn on, it would get to the screen where it said HP Invert (my pc) and just stay there. I cant F8 or boot in other modes as im not at that screen. What should I do.

Pretty sure you have to manually open up your harddrive and put some alcohol on the rotating platers (discs inside the harddrive) then wipe it with toilet paper shouls solve the problem. If not you are looking for a new harddrive .

I don't recommend it unless you are in a clean environment where no dust and shit can get on the disks. I lost 2 like that. There may be other reasons. Can you boot from CD?

yes only try my idea if nothing else works meaning.... BLACK SCREEN
also maybe harddrive is okay...... but motor stop spinning. then u need to replace motor too risky to do it your self call a professional.
maybe u just got virus -.-

It was no virus, the monitor is on but it wont get to the windows boot screen, just hp
and theres dust everywhere inside, looks as if its on the processer o.o

try a air blower if u got one to blow the dust out it will mess up your room so it outside somewhere lol
or.... vacuum cleaner but that can control some important mini chips if they ain't holding that tight.... so yah be bewareee

He's talking about dust inside the harddrive.
Hard drives are manufactured in extremely tight conditions to prevent any thing like that, dust can easily kill a hard drive.
