Um, cooler does affect temperature because it helps keep the temperature down...?

Anyways, that's pretty damn impressive... Maybe when I build a desktop I'll get that.

Try and get Xeon processors like E3110, X3320, X3350 or X3360. It rocks Wink

Server processors are pointless in desktop machines...far too expensive for what they actually do for ya.
A pretty new 8x core xeon is the business, but hardly necessary :p

They're around the same pricing as the new 45nm C2D and C2Q. Esp. the E3110, it only costs around USD250. FYI, server processors use less voltages.
