How do I cheat?

| Look i'm trying to read the playernames (Warcraft 3) out of the memory but it wont work. i've got a lot of offsets but no pointer... and i dont know which is the right one cuz each name e.g. has 5 different offsets.. i think i need just a little hint or something

there should be a rescan memory on pointer finder

| now i have the pointer value, but if i search for that value i dont get any result (yeah i searched in hex mode)

make sure the game is running...
and yeah, pointer doesn't work for warcraft 3, expect for cheat address...

what do you mean pointer doesnt work?
is there another way to get the playernames?

dont think so
do you know customkick by shadowfrench? or the banlist?
how is it possible to get them working WITHOUT pointers?
i've got the same problem like forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=185669 but i dont understand what Thlump is trying to say

Pointers do work in WarCraft 3.
And Thump was telling you, that you was doing it wrong on looking for the pointer.
