Pretty sure, that or he was referring to the meme, "Goodnight Sweet Prince", which possibly sprouted from Spongebob or something older/newer.

If you think this faggotry is severe, then you can't handle this old RS. It WAS better, if you were a newfag, then you probably had someone to look up to. When I was Caboose, I looked up to a bunch of guys that I don't remember anymore. It was definitely easy to be accepted (for me it was..), but we got trolled 10x as much. (I'm just speaking for the 2007 generation..)
Once, there was this guy named wowomgwow. He was the ultimate troll in my memory. He was literally hated by everyone in random spam. EVERYONE WAS MAKING THREADS ABOUT HIM. There were so many petitions. So many votes. So many people getting trolled. So many flames. Eventually, we all got sick of him. Those guys I said you would look up to, well, they were friends with mods. The mods knew this guy and hated him. Wowomgwow was doing so much trolling and spamming, that they found the smallest reason and IP banned him for it. He then came back as Wovomgwow for a small while, apologized, and gave his account to The Punisher.
That's my story.
